1. Gift Senders Information: 

Enter your details in the contact and payment sections to complete the purchase. This ensures a smooth transaction and keeps you informed about your order.

2. Gift Recipient Information: 

In the delivery section, kindly provide the recipient's details to guarantee that the subscription is sent directly to their preferred location. Include their name, address, and specific delivery instructions to make the experience special.

Shipping Info

We use Shippit for all of our online orders.

Once you have picked your commencement date for yoru gift order to be despatched your order has been processed you will receive a tracking notification (via text and/or email). If a notification is not received please contact us.

If you require any special delivery requirements, please include them in the notes section at checkout or alternatively, contact customer service.

Please note that the despatch date is the date that you would like your order to be despatched from Beyond, and not the arrival date. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated times, they are an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.

We despatch daily; Monday – Friday. All orders will leave the roastery and warehouse within 2 business days of the order being received. Please note that any orders after 12pm on Friday will be despatched on the following Monday.

1. What options are available for the coffee gift subscription?

You can choose from 3, 6, or 12-month subscription plans. Each plan delivers a new selection of single origin coffee to the recipient’s door at regular monthly intervals.

2. How does the gift subscription work?

Once you select the subscription plan, the recipient will receive fresh, curated coffee deliveries according to the plan's duration. Each delivery will feature a new variety of high-quality single origin coffee beans selected by our expert roasters.

3. Can I include a personal note with the gift subscription?

Yes! You can leave a personal message using the gift note button. Depending on your choice, the note will be sent directly to the recipient via email or text.

4. When will the gift subscription be despatched?

The despatch date is the day the gift is sent from our warehouse. This will be provided to you once the order is processed. You’ll receive a notification when the first shipment is on its way.

5. How often will the recipient receive coffee deliveries?

The frequency of deliveries is determined by the subscription plan you choose. For a 3-month subscription, deliveries will be made over three months. For a 6-month subscription, deliveries will be made over six months, and so on.

After the first delivery has been despatched we will be proceed to despatch the following order on either the 10th or the 24th of each month.

6. Can the delivery address be changed after purchasing the subscription?

Yes, you can update the delivery address by contacting our customer support team. Please make sure to inform us as soon as possible to avoid any issues with upcoming deliveries.

No, the coffee selection is curated by our expert roasters to ensure a diverse and high-quality experience. Each delivery will feature a different coffee chosen by our team. We idea is to showcase a world of coffee with each delivery

8. How can I track the coffee deliveries?

Once the gift is despatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the delivery status.

9. What if there is an issue with the delivery or if the coffee is not received?
