📅 When are orders despatched?

We despatch freshly roasted on the 10th and 24th of each month. If the date falls on a weekend, despatch will happen the following Monday.

All subscription orders will renew on the Tuesday. We will roast and dispatch your coffee 1-2 days after.

❌ How do I cancel my subscription?

You have full control of your subscription by logging into your account, you can pause, skip a month or cancel the subscription entirely from there. You can also add one-time purchases to your next delivery too :)

💳 When am I charged?

You’ll be charged the day you sign up and then again each fortnight or month following (depending on your delivery preference).
