Welcome to drinkbeyond.com (the 'Site'). Below is the lowdown on how we work.
Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.
1. Transaction Currency and Pricing
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Beyond Coffee PTY LTD reserves the right to change prices, descriptions, modify, or substitute products without notice.
Any orders received represents an offer to buy products indicated by you, this not a binding contract until payment has been processed and we have dispatched the goods. This means that if the price, description or any other information about the product is incorrect, Beyond Coffee PTY LTD shall not be obliged to sell you the product.
2. Shipping and Delivery Within Australia
Australian delivery is available to all areas via our delivery partners Australia Post and or Sendle. Beyond Coffee post, all orders within one day or order placement and, in most cases, your delivery will arrive within 5 – 10 days of the postage date.
Please contact us at hello@drinkbeyond.com for details of any delivery not received within seven days of order confirmation.
Outside of Australia
If you would like to order items to be delivered outside of Australia, please email us at hello@drinkbeyond.com for a quote on shipping and an estimated delivery time.
3. Customer Service
Beyond Coffee is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. We pack and ship all orders within one business day of purchase; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
One-time Purchasing
If you purchased a one-time order you will be charged at the time of purchase. Once your order has been processed we will package and despatch within 1-2 days. Please note, we require 24 hours notice to cancel your order if we are advised via email. Otherwise please contact us immediately via the website live chat.
Gift Packs
If you purchased a Beyond Coffee Gift Pack you will be charged at the time of purchase. Once your order has been processed we will package and despatch within 1-2 days if you choose to despatch the order ASAP or we will despatch the order at a time specified by you via the website. Please note, we require 24 hours notice before your despatch date to cancel your order or make changes to the order if we are advised via email. Otherwise please contact us immediately via the website live chat.
Gift Subscriptions
If you purchased a Beyond Coffee Gift Subscription you will be charged at the time of purchase. Once your order has been processed we will despatch the order at the time specified by you via the website order. Please note, we require 24 hours notice before your despatch date to cancel your order or make changes to the order if we are advised via email. Otherwise please contact us immediately via the website live chat.
Ongoing Beyond Coffee Subscriptions
If you signed up for an ongoing Coffee Subscription your initial payment will be charged upon purchase. After your initial payment, you will be charged on the 9th (for the 10th coffee despatch) and/or the 23rd (for the 24th coffee despatch) on the anniversary of your purchase until you choose to pause your subscription. Ongoing Coffee Subscriptions can be paused indefinately at any time by emailing us or by logging into your account. When you visit drinkbeyond.com we collect information about you and your use of our website. We treat this information as falling into three categories: Customer Information, Usage Data and your IP Address.
4. Returns and Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site, so we have a 14 day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page for a replacement or credit note of the purchase price within 14 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of the ship date to: Beyond Coffee, 16 Dynes St, Ringwood East VIC 3135 Australia.
Please note:
- Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
- Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at Beyond Coffee Store.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.
5. Errors
Whilst Beyond Coffee takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information on the Beyond Coffee website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by Beyond Coffee that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
Beyond Coffee reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted) without any liability on the part of Beyond Coffee. Beyond Coffee will not be bound by incorrect information which appears on the Beyond Coffee website or in any other document or information issued by Beyond Coffee.
6. Warranties
Beyond Coffee products may be returned or exchanged in accordance with the policies above. The Beyond Coffee website and all contents of this Site are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of title or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You acknowledge, by your use of the Site, that your use of Beyond Coffee's website is at your sole risk, that you assume full responsibility for all costs associated with all necessary servicing or repairs of any equipment you use in connection with your use of Beyond Coffee's website, and that Beyond Coffee shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of this Site.

The Beyond Coffee website and its contents are copyright. Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of our Site.
You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying.
You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works of, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents or the Site.

When purchasing from Beyond Coffee your details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
