Frequently asked questions

📅 When are orders despatched?

We despatch freshly roasted around the 10th and 24th of each month. If the date falls on a weekend, despatch will happen the following Monday.

❌ How do I cancel?

You have full control of your subscription by logging into your account, you can skip a month or cancel the subscription entirely from there.

💳 When am I charged?

You’ll be charged the day you sign up and then again each fortnight or month following (depending on your delivery preference).

✏️ Can I update my subscription?

Absolutely. You can login to your Beyond account and update your subscription details, address and payment details at any time.

📋 What type of coffee will I receive?

We create a unique profile for our members which can change month to month but generally comes from single origin sources.

🔥 How fresh is the coffee?

As fresh as can be - we despatch coffee a few days after it has been roasted.

🐄 Can I drink Beyond with milk?

Black or with milk - drink it however you like, it will be delicious either way.

🛠️ What equipment do I need?

Nothing fancy - if you can boil water, you’re sorted!
