๐Ÿ“… When are orders despatched?

We despatch freshly roasted around the 10th and 24th of each month. If the date falls on a weekend, despatch will happen the following Monday.

โŒ How do I cancel?

You have full control of your subscription by logging into your account, you can skip a month or cancel the subscription entirely from there.

๐Ÿ’ณ When am I charged?

Youโ€™ll be charged the day you sign up and then again each fortnight or month following (depending on your delivery preference).

โœ๏ธ Can I update my subscription?

Absolutely. You can login to your Beyond account and update your subscription details, address and payment details at any time.

๐Ÿ“‹ What type of coffee will I receive?

We create a unique profile for our members which can change month to month but generally comes from single-origin sources.

๐Ÿ”ฅ How fresh is the coffee?

As fresh as can be – we despatch coffee a few days after it has been roasted.

๐Ÿ„ Can I drink Beyond with milk?

Black or with milk – drink it however you like, it will be delicious either way.

Nothing fancy – if you can boil water, youโ€™re sorted!
